shipping & returns.

a note before the details: it's just me here. every order is packed by hand, wrapped with care, and sent out into the world by one person who's glad it's going to you. that's the whole spirit of this. so here's how it works, plainly.

a word on the leather: each case is made from reclaimed leather, so it carries its own marks, grain, and small variations. this isn't damage. it's the material remembering where it's been, and it means no two cases are exactly alike. yours is the only one like it.

a word on the candles: every candle is hand poured, and some are hand dipped, which means each one carries its own small variations. a texture, a line, a wisp of color that landed where it landed. these aren't flaws. they're the evidence of a hand, and no two will ever be quite the same.

shipping

i do my best to ship your order within 3 days of purchase.

i don't ship on weekends. orders placed friday through sunday will go out early the following week.

once your order is on its way, delivery time depends on where you are and the carrier handling it. that part is out of my hands, but i'll always get it moving as quickly as i can.

returns

all sales are final. i don't offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. each piece is made in small batches, by hand, and once a deck has been opened and held, it can't return to someone else.

but i want what arrives to you to arrive whole.

if your order is damaged or defective when it reaches you, tell me within 3 days of delivery and include a photo or two of the damage. i'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever suits.

this matters most for candles and anything breakable. and to be clear about the decks: once a deck is opened, it can't be returned or refunded. please open yours knowing it's meant to be kept. the only exception is arrival damage. if a sealed deck reaches you crushed or defective, tell me within 3 days with a photo and i'll make it right.

the fastest way to reach me is through email at sarahjweston@gmail.com or the contact page.

thank you for your patience, and for understanding the pace of something made by one pair of hands.
